Terms And Conditions
These terms govern the use of this website and engagement of Odi Craft Builders Ltd for construction services. Detailed project terms are set out in each signed contract.
Quotations
Quotations are free and non-binding, valid for 30 days from issue. Prices may be revised if project scope, site conditions or material costs change materially.
Payments
Payment schedules are agreed per project and tied to construction milestones. Work on each stage begins once the corresponding payment is received.
Project changes
Changes requested after work begins are documented as variations, priced transparently, and agreed in writing before implementation.
Materials & workmanship
We use quality, locally sourced materials and stand behind our workmanship. Any defects attributable to our work reported within the agreed defects-liability period are made good at no cost.
Liability
We maintain site safety standards and appropriate insurances. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, though we will always communicate and re-plan promptly.
